A legacy of uncompromising quality and customer service.
Magnetic Radiation Labs. The foundation and cornerstone of MRL Industries began in 1960 as Magnetic Radiation Laboratories, the dream of one man, Mr. Claps, to take manufacturing EMI shielding enclosures to the highest level of interference elimination strived for by CRT and electronic testing equipment suppliers.

And now over 50 years later, those dreams have evolved into MRL Industries, offering a diverse range of metal products and processes.

Rev Industries. REV Industries, a hydroforming company, was acquired in 1984. Today, both companies are combined to comprise MRL Industries, a privately held company of Manufacturers Investment Group, LLC.

What we offer

World class manufacturing since 1962.: MRL Industries is a 40,000 square foot facility located in Itasca, Illinois, USA. Since 1962, MRL has been a world supplier of custom fabrications and assemblies, as well as protective enclosures used in critical applications throughout the world.

Our expertise in subcontract assembly, outsourcing, engineering and prototype development extends to many diverse and demanding markets for the aerospace, aviation, medical, commercial and industrial, as well as the military/defense markets and alternative energy markets of windpower and fuel cells.
Engineering and manufacturing expertise to see the job through to success.: MRL provides solutions through our highly recognized ability to engineer and manufacture custom metal fabricated products from scratch. We can meet your needs through specialized custom design, manufactured exactly to your specifications, or through our standard product line.

Working with OEM and Tier-1 engineers to complete designs using the broadest array of materials and manufacturing techniques commercially available, MRL will take your engineered print and produce the highest quality part that your company needs. Full design and programming capabilities are also available, including custom tooling.
